Orders & Inquiries: The easiest way to order is to place your orders through our website. Ordering is an easy process, but if you have any questions at all regarding a product or an order please feel free to contact us directly, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (see our Contact Us page) Please Note: Our place of business and manufacture of soap is not open to the public.

 

Payment Policy:

Our Paying for Your Order page contains all the information on ways to pay for our products.

 

Sales Tax: Please note that our company is based in New Hampshire and that no sales tax is collected in New Hampshire.  If your purchase is shipped to an address outside of New Hampshire, it may be subject to tax in that state or jurisdiction. The purchaser is responsible for insuring that such taxes are paid.

 

Order Cancellations and Changes:Please check your order very carefully before you submit it on our website. If you need to add items after you have already placed an order then you will have to place a new order incurring additional shipping charges. Cancelled orders may have restocking and administrative charges deducted from your refund.

 

Return Policy: All retail orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

 

Shipping/Handling Policy: Soap by Judy LLC ships orders out via USPS. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in three (3) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, including P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii.  Failure to enter a correct address upon checkout may cause you to incur additional fees and will delay your order. Please make sure that your shipping address information is correct.

We do not typically ship products outside of the United States, but please contact us and  inquire if you have a need for international shipping. We cannot track or guarantee shipments outside of the United States.

 

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Goods Policy: If the product that you receive is damaged or incorrect when it is delivered to you we ask that you save all of the contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after it has been delivered to you. If your package does not arrive on its expected arrival date, we ask that you contact us within 2 weeks after that date. If you do not contact us in a timely fashion to report damaged or lost items that may void any responsibility that we may have had for the transaction.

We cannot track or guarantee shipments outside of the United States.

 

Email Policy: Please adjust your spam filter settings so that you can receive emails from orders (at) soapbyjudy.com as we are not responsible for order delays or miscommunication caused by your email filters in the event that our emails to you are prevented from reaching you.

 

Privacy Policy: We know that people get really annoyed by receiving spam and junk mail, so we promise never to share your personal information with anyone.
